Hi, I’m Lina Haddad, an artist at heart, interior designer by trade, truly passionate about transforming homes. It’s a pleasure to e-meet you! I help my clients fall on love with their home, to start and end their day as their best self.
My Style
When I'm not staging or helping homeowners create their dream spaces, I enjoy traveling with my husband and children and studying the art and culture of different countries. I like to bring inspiration from my travels across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America to the design work I do for my clients.
If I had to pick one of my favorite styles, that would be Scandinavian design. I like using lots of white and neutral light earthy color tones. I enjoy creating a cozy atmosphere with rugs, throws, textured pillows, art, accessories and bringing aspects of nature and plants indoors.

My Story
After graduating with honors from the American University in Cairo, Egypt with a degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Theater and Art, I worked for several years in Marketing and in my family’s cheese factory. When I moved to the US in 2013, I decided that it was time to change careers and pursue my lifelong passion for art & design.
I studied at IDI (Interior Design Institute) and immediately knew that I wanted to pursue a career in interior design. Initially I was drawn to home staging, having been inspired by all the lovely model homes I saw when I moved to Orange County. Once I received my designer certification, I joined KL Staging and Design and was mentored by the talented owner, Karin Lameijer.
The experience was the first step in the journey to creating Freska Designs!
I learned all the tips and secrets of how to make any home look like a magazine-worthy, model home as well as the ins and outs of running a business. This sparked my entrepreneurial leap, which focused on bringing that “model home look” to anyone’s living space while still making it functional to live in.
